Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Mold Repair & Builder Technician to join our client’s manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with molds—repairing, maintaining, and fabricating components—as well as strong carpentry abilities and basic maintenance skills. This position is hands-on and requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently. Resume Required.

Maintenance Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Inspect, repair, and rebuild molds used in production.
- Diagnose issues such as wear, cracks, leaks, or alignment problems.
- Fabricate or modify mold components using various tools and materials.
- Perform carpentry-related tasks including cutting, framing, measuring, and assembling parts.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure molds are ready for operation.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used, and work completed.
Maintenance Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mold repair, mold building, tooling, or related fields preferred.
- Strong carpentry skills (cutting, shaping, assembly, finishing).
- Basic mechanical and facility maintenance experience.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
