We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to build and repair heavy-duty roll-off containers and related steel components. This role involves structural welding, steel fabrication, and assembly of containers designed for demanding industrial use. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working with thick carbon steel.

Welder - 1st Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Weld roll-off containers using MIG and/or Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) Fabricate and assemble container bodies, floors, rails, doors, and structural components
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Perform continuous and multi-pass welds on heavy-gauge steel Inspect welds for strength, quality, and compliance with standards
- Repair damaged containers, hinges, rails, and structural elements
- Use cutting tools such as plasma cutters, oxy-fuel torches, and grinders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and equipment operation guidelines
Welder - 1st Qualifications:
- Experience with roll-off containers or refuse equipment
- Stick welding experience for repairs
- Blueprint reading and measuring accuracy
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
