Metals Production Operator - Day Shift Details:
Direct Hire position- $
20.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, furnaces, induction heaters, and other metals-processing equipment following written procedures.
- Handle, load, and inspect raw materials; perform basic sampling, weighing, packaging, and labeling of product.
- Maintain accurate daily production records, equipment checklists, and follow all safety, ISO, and environmental standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with 6S and plant safety expectations.
- Assist with equipment cleaning, inspections, and minor maintenance while reporting any hazards or malfunctions.
Metals Production Operator - Day Shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn multiple machines, follow procedures, and work safely in high-heat industrial environments.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel) and ability to read technical documents, schematics, and safety instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and maintain reliable attendance in a fast-paced production setting.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) and willing to pass required pre-employment screening.
