Supervisor Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor workflow and productivity to meet company and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, and other department.
Supervisor Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
