Assistant Property Manager - 1st Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to05:00pm )
- Provide assistance to the housing manager relative to problem tenants involving housekeeping, domestic disturbances, rent payments, community service and other lease violations
- Investigate tenant complains and grievance
- Conduct post occupancy visits
- Answer questions tenants may have
Assistant Property Manager - 1st Qualifications:
- Previous property manager experience required!
- Ability to read and communicate to others
- Good attendance is necessary
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
