Fiberglass Shop Employee
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Fiberglass Shop Employee to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting in the fabrication, repair, and finishing of fiberglass products within a shop environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on industrial setting.

Fiberglass Shop Employee Details:
Temporary position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Perform fiberglass lay-up, fabrication, and repair work
Mix and apply resins and fiberglass materials according to specifications
Prepare surfaces by grinding, sanding, and cleaning prior to application
Trim, cut, and finish fiberglass components
Operate hand tools and power tools safely
Follow production schedules and work orders
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required PPE
Work Environment:
Indoor shop/manufacturing facility
Exposure to fiberglass materials, dust, resin odors, and industrial equipment
Required use of PPE
Fiberglass Shop Employee Qualifications:
Previous experience with fiberglass, resin, composites, or industrial manufacturing preferred
Construction experience is a plus
Must be able to read tape measure
Lift 50 lbs
Knowledge of hand tools
