IT Manager Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
30.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
Responsible for managing HR and IT operations to support efficient workforce management and reliable technology infrastructure. Works cross-functionally to improve processes, ensure compliance, and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy compliance
- Maintain employee records and analyze HR data
- Manage IT systems, networks, and user support
- Implement cybersecurity and data backup measures
- Coordinate process improvements and compliance initiatives
IT Manager Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of HR and/or IT management experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS, ERP, and IT systems
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CompTIA, Lean Six Sigma) preferred
