Human Resources Assistant Details:
Temporary position- $
19.98 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
Supports the Human Resources Department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, and training.
Supporting the HR Team with filing and addressing questions from employees (Primarily direct them to the HR Manager or the HR Generalist.
If they have general questions that this individual knows the answer to (e.g. what documents they must fill out for a time off request, etc.) then they can answer those.
Essentially triaging questions from employees). Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Records information and answers questions about employee absences and supervisory reports on employee job performance.
Performs various clerical duties (i.e. make copies, file documents).
