Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Lift and move up to 80 lbs and perform hands on property and unit maintenance.
- Complete efficient, cost-effective turnovers and preventive maintenance while coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- Deliver exceptional resident service through fast, friendly communication and accurate troubleshooting across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Manage schedules, materials, job costs, inspections, and multiple service requests with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Show available homes, identify additional property needs during visits, and perform other duties as required.
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- License and reliable transportation.
- Field experience in the trades in residential housing: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, siding, roofing, flooring, painting, building maintenance, etc. - does not have to include a deep or professional knowledge of all of these areas but should have knowledge across all general residential property trades with actual experience in some of them.
- Detail oriented and ability to run multiple services and turnovers, communicate with tenants and vendors, and keep everything updated and running smooth.
- Mechanically minded, Tech savvy, Math skills, Solid communication skills, Organization skills, Detail oriented, Customer Interaction.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
