Freight Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.20 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Lead freight handlers and oversee daily receiving and loading operations
- Load/unload freight manually or using pallet jack, hand truck, or forklift
- Inspect, count, label, and document inbound and outbound freight
- Develop load plans and ensure proper handling of special cargo
- Train team members and maintain a safe, organized work area
Freight Lead Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Warehouse and freight handling experience required
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet full shift
- Strong communication, leadership, and reliability
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
