Machine Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
27.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
This position will be responsible for but is not limited to
- Machine installation
- Control wiring installations
- Troubleshooting to the component level
- PLC understanding and troubleshooting skills (not programming),
- Anchoring equipment,
- Running conduit,
- Pulling wire,
- Termination of conductors,
- Maintenance and rebuilding of equipment,
- Conveyor systems, robotics, and other routine maintenance duties.
Machine Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 5 years’ experience in packaging and equipment maintenance with an emphasis on electrical installation and experience with preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in the following areas; conveyors, robotics, over wrappers, palletizers, shrink wrappers, casers, air compressors, and boilers required
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated conveyor equipment preferred
- Certifications in basic electrical, mechanical, motor control relay logic, and schematic reading preferred
- Experience operating boom and scissor lifts required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
