Bilingual Quality Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Direct daily leadership of the production crew
- Ownership of product quality within the cell
- Responsibility for production output, efficiency, and adherence to standards
- Coaching, supporting, and evaluating team members on workmanship and process
- Learning and understanding an upstream
- CNC machining unit that feeds this cell, with a focus on how incoming product quality impacts door construction
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
Bilingual Quality Associate Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team
- 2-3 Years Manufacturing experience
- Quality Experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
