Welder - MIG and / or TIG Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:45pm )
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and metal components in a production environment
- Weld frames, panels, and assemblies according to prints, weld symbols, and specifications
- Set up welding equipment, selecting proper wire, gas, and machine settings based on material type and thickness
- Maintain consistent weld quality, penetration, and appearance to meet structural and cosmetic standards
- Conduct visual inspections and measurements to ensure welds met quality requirements
- Perform grinding, finishing, and rework as needed to meet final specifications
- Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to meet daily production goals
- Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area
Welder - MIG and / or TIG Qualifications:
- Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required
- Strong TIG welding experience preferred, especially on aluminum materials
- Ability to produce clean, consistent welds that meet structural and cosmetic standards
- Experience welding to prints, weld symbols, and specifications
- Comfortable setting up welding machines, selecting proper wire, gas, and settings
- Ability to inspect welds for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Must be able to work in heat
- Will be taking a welding test
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
