Accounting Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Enter financial data and keep accounting records up to date
- Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
- Support general bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks
Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
- Experience with AR, AP, and payroll required
- Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, accuracy is key!)
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
