Welder
This role is responsible for welding aluminum extrusions used in ladder racking systems and delivery vehicle shelving units. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.

Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Weld aluminum extrusions for ladder racking and vehicle shelving units
- Operate and understand welding machinery, including robotic welders
- Read and interpret blueprints and standard work instructions (SWIs)
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Operate hand and power tools including drills, rivet guns, and staplers
Welder Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Minimum
- 6 months of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
