Shop Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Assist with daily shop operations, including moving, loading, and organizing raw materials and finished parts.
- Provide support to machine operators, fabricators, and assemblers as needed.
- Perform basic cleaning, grinding, or deburring tasks on parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
- Help with basic equipment maintenance, tool organization, and restocking supplies.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Ensure compliance with company safety rules and wear required PPE.
Shop Helper Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied tasks.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality.
