Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 32.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Our client, a well established and reputable company in East Chicago is seeking an Office Assistant with Union Payroll:
- Support union payroll process
- Enter and manage transactions in Sage 300 CRE
- Billing
- Data Entry
- Invoice Matching
Office Assistant with Union Payroll Qualifications:
Successful candidate will have experience in:
- Bookkeeping
- Union payroll
- Sage 300 CRE or similar ERP
- Exceptional MS Office
- Construction, fabrication or industrial environment
- Job-Cost Accounting
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
