Shipping & Receiving Specialist
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely movement of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, staging and shipping finished products, maintaining accurate records, and keeping shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean and organized.

Shipping & Receiving Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Support all shipping and receiving activities to maintain efficient material flow throughout the facility
- Receive incoming raw materials and supplies, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect materials for damage or quality concerns
- Stage finished goods for shipment and inspect trailers prior to loading
- Load and unload materials and finished products manually or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
- Accurately complete all required documentation, logs, and shipping/receiving paperwork
- Monitor inventory conditions and report aged materials, discrepancies, safety hazards, or equipment issues to management
Shipping & Receiving Specialist Qualifications:
- Forklift experience required
- Shipping and/or receiving experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to complete written documentation legibly
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
