Machine operator needed for a Lawn and Garden company in Archbold, Oh. First shift $17/hr.

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate production machinery used for mixing, filling, bagging, labeling, or packaging lawn and garden products
- Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and product specifications
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns to maintenance or supervisors
- Ensure 100% order fulfillment by meeting production schedules and quality requirements
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with company standards
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience a plus
- Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
