Logistics Customer Service Representative Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $22.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and coordinating with the warehouse and office on orders, inventory, billing, and credits.
  • Prepare, track, and manage all customer work orders and related paperwork, including special requests, order expediting, and inventory records.
  • Schedule and monitor loads, maintain updated reports, and resolve issues such as refused, over, short, or damaged product.
  • Verify accurate invoicing, maintain files and report, provide general clerical and office support, and communicate customer feedback to management.

Logistics Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; 6mo–2 years of related customer service, logistics, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, including experience working with challenging customers.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office; accurate typing and data entry skills required
  • Ability to work effectively with others, communicate professionally, respond appropriately to feedback, and maintain positive workplace behavior.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
