Customer Service Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales support (1+ year preferred) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as live chat support • Ability to place orders accurately and provide clear product or service information • Proven ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or order-entry systems (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support sales and internal departments • Reliable attendance and punctuality
