Quality Assurance Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
31.25 to $ 36.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
- Monitor, maintain, and enforce quality control of production processes, documentation, and labeling
- Develop and lead a high-performing, quality-focused team through coaching, training, mentoring, and feedback
- Communicate and coordinate with Quality Unit and upper manager regarding deviations and unanticipated occurrences
- Review and update SOPs and other quality related documents to ensure they stay up to date with current practices and regulations.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all regulations and cGMP process requirements.
Quality Assurance Supervisor Qualifications:
- Quality related work experience – 3+ years in cGMP related industry with quality experience
- 2+ years of Supervisor experience
- Strong technical understanding of quality assurance, manufacturing, and fulfillment operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Assertive and confident in enforcing quality standards
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance related to the industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and evaluate team members
- Experience with manufacturing audits, statistical techniques, sampling plans, and production control systems
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
