CNC Lathe and Mill Machinist
Small CNC Shop
Must have 3 years of experience with CNC setup and operation (lathe and mill)
$28 to $32 an hour based on relevant experience
Must have programming and operation experience

CNC Lathe and Mill Machinist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 32.00 / hour First Shift
- Operate and maintain CNC Lathe and Mill machines
- Set up and run parts with minimal guidance
- Make machine adjustments to keep parts within tolerance
- Perform quality inspections using mics, calipers, and other measurement tools
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
- Complete inspection and production documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members in a job shop manufacturing setting
CNC Lathe and Mill Machinist Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of machine setup and operation experience
- Experience with Mazak machines and/or G-code
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
- Strong understanding of tool loading and part inspection
- Proficient with basic measurement tools (mics, calipers)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong computer skills for documentation and inspection forms
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
