Direct hire opportunity in Jeffersontown for an experienced Production Supervisor
Company Profile
This role plays a critical part in aligning materials, artwork approvals, labor, and equipment to meet customer delivery expectations.
The ideal candidate will work proactively identifying production gaps, resolving bottlenecks, and collaborating closely with Production, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure smooth workflow across multiple departments. This position also includes team leadership, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Production Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer commitments
- Monitor production progress using internal software and reporting tools to identify delays or inefficiencies
- Coordinate materials, garments, artwork approvals, and labor assignments in advance of production runs
- Manage day-to-day production operations across multiple departments
- Lead, motivate, and supervise production employees to achieve productivity and quality goals
- Operate a forklift as needed to move materials to and from production areas
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or people management role
- Experience with screen printing and related production processes strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of production scheduling and production reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other standard business software
- Ability to successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
