Production Associate – Wire Harness Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble wire harnesses and components according to work instructions and diagrams
- Perform repetitive hand assembly while maintaining quality and productivity standards
- Inspect completed assemblies for defects and workmanship
- Use basic hand tools and assembly fixtures safely
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Production Associate – Wire Harness Assembly Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
