Bi-lingual Energy Intake Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 23.73 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Support bilingual communication needs by providing verbal interpretation and translating written materials into Spanish
- Conduct client interviews and screenings to determine eligibility for energy and emergency assistance programs
- Manage client communications, including answering phones, returning calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting walk-in clients as needed
- Track and report client service data and funding usage as requested
- Assist clients with emergency situations by facilitating access to available assistance and completing required documentation
Bi-lingual Energy Intake Specialist Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in direct client support, customer service, or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and verbal communication required for some roles)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Valid driver’s license
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
