CNC Laser Punch Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.75 to $ 19.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 03:15pm to01:45am )
- Operate CNC laser cutting equipment and laser punch combo machines
- Set up machines, load materials, and adjust operating parameters
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Monitor cutting/punching processes and make adjustments for accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance
- Maintain accurate production logs and quality documentation
- Handle material safely, including sheet metal and finished parts
CNC Laser Punch Operator Qualifications:
- Must have experience operating CNC laser cutters and/or laser punch combo machines
- Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and precision measurement tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Prior machine shop or metal fabrication experience strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment or processes
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
