Receptionist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized client files
- Handle payments, mail, and daily office correspondence
- Support accountants and tax preparers with basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, professional front office appearance at all times
Receptionist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred; accounting or tax office experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
- QuickBooks and ProSeries experience strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor in a client-facing role
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
