We are seeking a Production RSA Machine Operator to support production operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining machining and laser cutting equipment. This hands?on role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a strong attention to quality.

Production RSA Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.40 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- Set up and operate RSA production, machining, and laser cutting equipment
- Perform first?piece inspections and produce parts to quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with minor maintenance
- Read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
- Maintain safety, efficiency, and a clean work area
Production RSA Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience operating or setting up production machines
- Basic knowledge of CNC or Swiss lathes and machine setup
- Ability to read blueprints and use manual measuring tools
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
