Production Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Responsible for building and managing the production schedule to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Works closely with production, sales, and customer service to confirm garments, artwork approvals, staffing, and inventory are aligned with customer timelines.
- Oversees multiple production departments, supports and develops team members, drives continuous improvement and safety initiatives, maintains reports and records, and ensures compliance with company policies.
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in manufacturing
- 1-3 years managing people.
- Experience in screen printing and the process is desired.
- Working knowledge of production reporting and production scheduling.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software.
- Successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
