Fabrication Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, and production machinery
- Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work closely with operations and engineering teams
Fabrication Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Maintenance Technician experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge (motors, switches, controls)
- Ability to read manuals, schematics, and work orders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial conditions
- Reliable attendance and strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
