2nd CNC Shift Lead
Are you an experienced CNC machinist with leadership or supervisory experience? We are looking for a CNC Shift Lead to oversee operators, support production, and ensure quality standards are met during the shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, troubleshooting machines, and keeping production running smoothly in a clean, precision manufacturing environment. ?? Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

2nd CNC Shift Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
- Supervise and support CNC operators during the shift
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Assist with machine setups, troubleshooting, and minor program adjustments
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Train and mentor operators on machining procedures and best practices
- Monitor workflow and address production issues as they arise
- Communicate production updates and issues to management
- Maintain organization and safety within the machining department
2nd CNC Shift Lead Qualifications:
- Previous supervisor or team lead experience in a CNC machining environment REQUIRED
- Strong CNC machining background (mills or lathes)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Knowledge of machine offsets, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
