Industrial Painter/Blaster Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting) to prepare metal surfaces
- Apply industrial coatings, primers, and paints per specifications
- Operate spray guns, blasting equipment, and air systems Inspect surfaces for proper preparation and coating thickness
- Follow paint system requirements, cure times, and safety standards
- Maintain clean work areas and properly handle materials
- Comply with all OSHA and safety regulations, including PPE use
Industrial Painter/Blaster Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an industrial painter and/or sandblaster
- Knowledge of surface prep standards and coating applications
- Ability to work in PPE and industrial environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
