Deburring Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburring Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from metal or plastic parts to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates have strong hand-eye coordination, experience with hand and power tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Deburring Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
- Remove burrs and smooth edges using hand tools, grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors
Deburring Technician Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Basic math and measurement skills Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (preferred)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
