Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 10:00pm to06:00am )
- Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders, valves, pneumatics, and related components.
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on production machinery, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and rotating equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedules to ensure reliable machine performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, hydraulic schematics, mechanical diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns during 3rd shift to minimize production interruptions
- Install, adjust, and align mechanical components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and issues identified.
Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Qualifications:
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics: troubleshooting leaks, pressure systems, pump repair, cylinder rebuilds, valve diagnostics, etc.
- Proficiency in mechanical systems: motors, belts, chains, bearings, drive systems, alignment, and lubrication principles.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
