Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00am to07:00pm )
- Leading and coordinating production, quality, and sanitation activities
- Ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely completion of production goals
- Coaching and mentoring team members leading by example on the floor
- Training staff on equipment, food safety, and SOPs
- Maintaining strict compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and quality standards
- Overseeing setup, changeovers, downtime management, and documentation
- Performing ingredient verification, lot tracking, and quality checks
- Supporting inventory control and production planning
- Building a respectful, motivated, high-performance team environment
Production Lead Qualifications:
- Shift start and end time varies
- Leadership experience in food manufacturing (preferred)
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team first mindset
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and high quality standards
- Comfort performing and teaching all production tasks
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Experience with GMPs, HACCP, or other food safety regulations
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, digital forms)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
