Line Lead- Bottling
We are hiring a Production Line Lead to oversee the bottling activities. They will function as the champion for all activities to complete the day’s work and those activities to prepare for the next day’s work.

Line Lead- Bottling Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- Operate multiple stations on the bottling line, including bottle loading, capping, labeling and coding, case packing, and palletizing
- Coordinate line operators to ensure full coverage of all bottling line stations Schedule and rotate staff breaks and lunches as required
- Assist and act as a back up
- Train temporary and new staff on safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety requirements, production equipment, standard operating procedures, and timekeeping systems
- Enforce and model all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Consistently adhere to and demonstrate required safety behaviors, GMPs, HACCP, and Food Safety standards Support the execution and ongoing implementation of Food Safety programs Independently maintain and troubleshoot bottling line equipment to required specifications, performing preventive maintenance as needed
- Lead efficient and accurate line changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation activities in alignment with the production schedule
- Complete and maintain manufacturing documentation.
- Monthly physical inventory counts and collaborate with accounting to resolve discrepancies
Line Lead- Bottling Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a food production environment
- 2+ years experience in personnel management
- Must be able to multitask
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification
- Ability to stand/lift/bend throughout a shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and hands on ability to facilitate repairs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
