Sales Account Executive Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 33.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase revenue and retention
- Understand customer manufacturing needs, specifications, and timelines Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting in CRM system
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Sales Account Executive Qualifications:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and present sales quotes, pricing proposals, and contracts.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Sales or account management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
