Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Manufacture products according to operational standards and quality guidelines
- Inspect and handle nonconforming materials per company procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow all safety policies
- Report equipment issues, hazards, or production concerns to leadership immediately
- Work across different production areas as needed to meet production goals
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attendance and reliability required
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
