Roto Machine Operator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fiberglass Rotocast Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating rotational casting (rotocasting) equipment to manufacture fiberglass parts, ensuring quality standards, safety procedures, and production goals are met.

Roto Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate rotocast machinery to produce fiberglass components
- Load molds with fiberglass materials, resins, and reinforcements
- Monitor machine cycles, temperatures, and rotation speeds during production
- Inspect finished parts for defects, quality, and consistency
- Perform trimming, sanding, or minor finishing as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines related to fiberglass, resins, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete basic production and quality documentation
- Communicate issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Assist with routine machine maintenance and mold preparation
Roto Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required
- Experience with fiberglass, rotocasting, or composite manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read work instructions and follow production processes
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in warm enviroments
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
