Quality Assurance Inspector Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- After production, perform inspection of every printed circuit board to ensure correct component and direction
- Print reports of errors to provide to rework instructions to appropriate employees
- Perform solder inspection on printed circuit boards to ensure solder flowed properly, solder has good joints, and connectors are not crooked or lifted
- Perform automated optical inspection machine to inspect printed circuit boards for correct components, direction, and rotation
- Perform x-ray inspection of LAN grid array
- Spot check printed circuit boards as full production is being run to ensure no additional errors
Quality Assurance Inspector Qualifications:
- Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years experience in electrical quality assurance or production
- Knowledge of IPC Class II Standards
- Knowledge of soldering, through-hole and surface mount acceptability
- Component identification (resistor, capacitor values, etc)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
