We are seeking an experienced Mold Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in producing high?quality molds used in production processes. Mold Fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to02:00pm )
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair molds used in cold storage panel and door production.
- Operate simple hand tools to repair and manufacture replacement molds
- Perform precision machining to tight tolerances using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
- Inspect molds for wear, defects, or structural issues; perform maintenance or refurbishment as needed.
- Construct and modify mold components using metalworking techniques such as cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting.
- Ensure molds meet required dimensional accuracy to support consistent production of cold storage products.
- Follow all safety and quality standards within the facility.
Mold Fabricator Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of mold fabrication, tool & die, machining, or precision fabrication experience. - advanced trade/technical training
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication methods and tooling principles.
- Skilled with precision measurement devices (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.).
- Ability to read technical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
