Bilingual (English–Spanish) Production Supervisor for 2nd shift.

Bilingual Production Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00pm to12:30am )
- Supervise, train, and coach production employees on daily tasks and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with employees, leadership, and cross functional teams.
- Conduct safety checks and enforce company policies and OSHA standards.
- Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and projects that support the business and ensure the production schedule demands are met.
Bilingual Production Supervisor Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Resume submittal
- Ability to plan and organize projects.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of production or manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written required).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical Demands: Frequent: Standing, Lifting/Carrying 40lbs.,Pushing/Pulling 40lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
