Building Maintenance position available for a manufacturing company in Hudson, MI on 2nd shift. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. This is a full-time, temporary position expected to 2-3 months.

Building Maintenance Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Will train on 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm) then switch to 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm).
- This will be a temporary assignment, expected to 2 -3 months. There is potential that this could become a full-time position.
- Operate a forklift and floor scrubber
- Clean offices and conference rooms
- Clean windows
- Empty trash cans
- Remove shavings from machines
- Clean dunk tanks
- Mop floors
Eligible for a pay increase every 30 days based on attendance and job performance.
- $16 to start
- 16.50 (30 days)
- $17.00 (60 days)
- $17.50 (90 Days)
Building Maintenance Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with a forklift, floor scrubber, and overhead crane preferred.
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Previous building maintenance experience preferred.
- Slip-resistant safety shoes are required.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
