Bilingual Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials into machines
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Bilingual Machine Operator Qualifications:
• Previous machine operation experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instruction and learn new processes
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Team-oriented and willing to cross-train in multiple areas
