HCV Processor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Review and process housing applications, verifying eligibility and documentation
- Calculate rent portions, utilities, and housing assistance payments
- Maintain accurate records and manage program waiting lists
- Communicate with participants and landlords regarding program rules and updates
- Support daily operations for HCV and PBV housing programs
HCV Processor Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with HCV/Section 8 or PBV programs preferred
- Knowledge of HUD HQS inspections preferred
- Experience in processing applications and determining eligibility is preferred
- Strong math skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office required; Section 8 software preferred
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and managing electronic records required
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
