CNC Lathe Machinist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines
- Program and edit G-code at the machine
- Create and modify programs using Mastercam
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Select tooling, set offsets, and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime
CNC Lathe Machinist Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist
- Strong knowledge of G-code programming
- Mastercam programming experience required
- Must have own tools and precision measuring equipment
- Ability to hold tight tolerances
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
