Team Lead for Usana North Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Lead and work alongside a powder line production team in a clean room environment
- Perform hands-on dispensing and blending while meeting production goals.
- Ensure GMP, safety, and clean room standards are followed at all times
- Support training, task coordination, and daily workflow efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Team Lead for Usana North Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or clean room environments preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical job duties
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet scheduling requirements
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
