2nd Shift Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Supervise daily team operations to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and provide guidance to team members.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
- Resolve employee concerns or conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
2nd Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently.
- Flexible availability to work 2nd shift hours and adapt to operational needs.
- Computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and tracking team productivity.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
