Powder Coat Nights Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 08:00pm to06:00am )
- Prepare, clean, mask, and hang parts for the powder?coating process.
- Operate powder?coating spray equipment and apply coatings with consistent technique and thickness.
- Monitor curing ovens, line speed, workflow, and perform in?process and final inspections.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, stacking, organizing, and handling parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while supporting smooth production flow.
Powder Coat Nights Qualifications:
- Reliable, accountable, and able to stay on task.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.
- Able to lift up to 60lbs and stand for most of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a steady, methodical work style.
- Adaptable, positive, and willing to support team members as production needs shift.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
